What we love about the Pets Tell Tales series is that they mix some of our favourite things together: pets with big personalities, ancient history and a BUNCH of fun facts. We highly recommend this series to readers aged 7 years and up. Oh, and did we mention that each book is a black-and-white fully illustrated graphic novel? Perfect for reluctant readers!

Animals have existed since the beginning of time. They've seen us humans get up to a lot of stuff. Some could say they're the only ones to know how things ACTUALLY went. So, in this series, readers get all the answers and the true account of how things went down back in time. 

The books are all told in first person through the point of view of an the animal characters, which, mixed with black-and-white illustrations throughout, makes for a truly unique reading experience. 

This is the perfect series for fans that love the animals of Bunny vs Monkey and the fun historical facts of Asterix and Horrible Histories.
