The Hannah's Farm books are a beloved Waterstones Prize-shortlisted series by Helen Peters for middle-grade readers, all about the a young girl's family farm and her passion for theatre.

Since the death of her mother, Hannah's family life has been somewhat chaotic. Her father is absorbed by running their farm, and Hannah and her three siblings are increasingly left to their own devices. In each book, the farm is threatened to be either taken away from her and her family, and Hannah must concoct a clever plan to save the farm, her animals and her loved ones. Coming in handy, and often saving the day, is her passion for writing and plays. When the going gets tough, the tough take to the stage!
