Our story begins with Stella and her younger brother, Tom, who have just moved to their new London home. But something isn't quite right. Soon enough, their neighbour's dog will lure them to a tunnel, which ultimately takes them to a secret lake from a hundred years ago, where they will make new friends, solve mysteries and uncover secrets.

This is the perfect series if you're looking for something reminiscent of The Secret Garden, Enid Blyton and Nancy Drew.
