Dungeon Runners is an action-packed adventure series for readers aged 7+. The books are all written by Blue Peter Award-winning author Kieran Larwood and on each page are illustrations in black and white by the fantastic Waterstones Children’s Book Prize winner Joe Todd Stanton. 

In a world called Zorb, dungeon runners are the true superstars. Everyone aspires to join the Dungeon Running League, competing in a series of dungeon challenges, and Kit is no exception. He may be smaller in size than most competitors, but he has tenfold the stamina to become a real hero! Together with his new friends Sandy – a mage-in training – and Thorn – a curious vegan vampire – he is ready to take on anything! Think mazes, puzzles, monsters, treasure and most of all adventure. 

The books will need to be read in order to understand each character's growth, and we love them all for their themes of resilience, teamwork and friendship. We highly recommend this to any fan of Juniper Mae, Lightfall, Meesh The Bad Demon and  Amulet.
