If you love R. L. Stine's YA horror Fear Street books and want to explore more of Shadyside's lore and the story of the Fier and Goode families, this is the series that will give you all the answers you've been looking for.

If you've read the Fear Street series, you'll know that strange things happen in Shadyside, all because of one family's terrible curse that took place so many years ago. This series finally sheds light on the mansion that burned down in a terrible fire 300 years ago, leaving behind a legacy of evil. The books explore how the curse came into place and the family rivalry that caused it all, spanning different times in Shadyside's history.

While you don't have to read the main Fear Street series in any particular order, we recommend reading this saga in order of publication to properly understand the chronological events.

The Fear Street books are the perfect step up if you love the Goosebumps (also by R.L. Stine), but would like something a little older and graphic.
