Konnie Huq is not only a much loved BBC Blue Peter presenter, she is also a superstar writer and illustrator, author of the hilariously funny character-led illustrated series for children aged 7+, Cookie! 

Cookie is your average nine-year-old. Full of energy, loud, flamboyant and going through the everyday struggles of a tween: from having to say goodbye to friends moving town and not being allowed to have a pet, to wanting to save the planet and playing computer games!

In each book, our super funny protagonist faces new challenges, but also grows with each struggle she faces, learning that not everything is as terrible as it seems, how to look after her friendships and how those coding classes can actually come in quite handy to solve school mysteries...
