The Griffin Gate Series

The Griffin Gate books are the middle grade black-and-white illustrated steampunk fantasy adventure series you will love if you're a fan of Adventures On TrainsHarley Hitch and Brightstorm

The books follow main character Grace, who comes from a family of wardens of the Griffin Map, using its teleport technology to fight crime across Moreland. And while she may be young, she certainly is not afraid of adventure. Her work will take her to incredible places, travelling with friends to remote islands, mountain villages and frozen towns

But what we love most about these books is that they celebrate kindness, found family and brilliantly inventive kids. They also all feature a dyslexia-friendly layout and font, and illustrations throughout.

This series is written for readers aged 9+ with a reading age of 8.
