The books follow a young girl who initially can't quite figure out what her powers are. Then she discovers she possesses them ALL: she can control every type of weather. As the series progresses and Ray realises her potential, she will learn to master her powers, and make great friends along the way. The best part of the series? The clouds that come in all kinds of shapes, including Ray’s own beloved cloud cat, Nim!
