We highly recommend the Cat Ninja graphic novel series for readers aged 7+, written by Matthew Cody and fully illustrated in colour by Yehudi Mercado. With each volume made up of multiple stories, this is a great series to have at hand at bedtime and read one mini story at a time.
Raised from a kitten by a kindly old ninja master, a cute cat named Claude now spends his days as the pampered house cat of an eleven-year-old boy. But when trouble arises (and it always does), Claude dons his mask and springs into action as Cat Ninja—Metro City's secret protector! Each story tackles different topics through Claude's adventures fighting crime, from family, using powers for good, second chances and change.
This is a great series to read if you're a fan of Bunny vs Monkey, Investigators and Cat Kid Books and are looking for more brilliant animal superheroes.
