Sports-obsessed readers 8+, you'll want to SPRINT to buy this New York Times best-selling middle-grade series all about an incredible group of runners! Perfect for fans of The Crossover and Rebound.

Ghost. Lu. Patina. Sunny. They are each very different, each incredibly talented. All four kids come from different backgrounds with lively personalities. When they clash, they EXPLODE. But they will have to learn how to get along, as they've been grouped in an elite middle school running A-level team that could qualify them for the Junior Olympics. The stakes are high.

Each of these four characters face great challenges in life:
Ghost has trouble staying on track, due to his past.
Patina has faced much tragedy in life, from the death of her father to her mother facing injuries. As well as changing schools.
Lu must learn to let his ego aside.
And Sunny has one big dream: dancing.

They all have a lot to lose and a lot to prove. Not only to each other, but to themselves.

Readers will fall in love with each of these characters, as well as Coach, an ex-Olympic Medallist who sees the raw talent in each of the four runners and supports them as they grow as people and athletes.

Author Jason Reynolds has also written other brilliantly heart-tugging titles, from Stuntboy in the Meantime to The Boy in the Black Suit and Long Way Down, which was winner of the Kate Greenaway award. An amazing talent of our time.
