Divine Asamoah was born July 1939, in Ghana. He entered the UK in 1963, and decided to live here ever since. Educated both in Ghana and the UK, he is married with four grand- children. He is now retired, and lives in London with his wife of thirty two years marriage. Businesswise, he was a book-seller, and promoter of African music and Ghanaian cultural dances in the UK. He told a friend, "I have plenty of time to follow my life-long ambition to write, now that I am in retirement". Sakapitikos, is my first title."
