Jane Porter Biography
I'm an illustrator and now an author too - I love creating picture books and inventing characters based on things I've seen. I also teach adults and small children (separately) and make maps and guides for museums.

Jane Porter Unusual Fact
I built my own coracle (an iron age boat) and like pottering about on the river in it.

Jane Porter Key Characters
Arnold is the hero of my new book 'Pink Lion' - he leads a happy-go-lucky life with his flamingo family until some distant relations suggest he tries a different lifestyle.

Jane Porter Books Key Quotes
"Arnold wasn't sure he liked the furry taste, and wished he had brought his soap and sponge with him..." from Pink Lion
