B ka is the pseudonym for the writing team of Bertrand Escaich and Caroline Rogue. Before creating Dance Studio, the duo wrote stories for the children's comic series Footmaniacs , Managers , and Formidable and created the hit series The Rugbymen .

Crip is an artist with a background in applied arts. He has drawn several stories for the educational comic series All About... and designs posters and logos for arts and music festivals.
