Anne Randles was born in Adelaide in 1942 and moved to Melbourne in 1966. With three children the family spent two years in England. On return she took up oil painting and won many awards. She taught painting for ten years. She studied Printmaking and Sculpture, with distinction, and enjoyed the diversification and opportunity to be more creative. Anne added writing to her folio and with the arrival of her grandchildren enjoyed developing stories and poems to add to her art work.
