Josh Cutler is having such fun at Hookwell's School. He's made three good friends and he can finally tie a reef knot! But Josh has a problem. Hookwell's School is just for the children of pirates, and Josh's mum is a pilot! He will be expelled if the head teacher finds out ... But when Josh spots a sea monster, he thinks he can show Captain Hookwell that the monster is real, and that he is a proper pirate! But no pirate follows a sea monster into a cave, do they?
