The telephone rings at Percy Drips beautiful cottage in the village of Springwick, it's Beatrice Bumble, the town mayor who appears to be in a bit of a panic. Beatrice Bumble is a very happy mayor, and we get to meet Flora the frog who soon joins Percy's ever growing family. All's well that ends well in the wonderful world of Percy Drip. The characters are brought to life with full colour pictures, with a crossword at the back of the book based on the adventure, and a lovely letter from Percy at the front.
