Young friends are caught on the camera of a movie company filming London's historical landmarks. They enter a fantasy world of bizarre characters, wily animals, and evil General Nitti-Gritti, from an ancient eastern dynasty, intent on conquering Britain. The friends, together with the Tudor seaman, Sir Francis Drake, are transported to the Spanish Main, where General Nitti-Gritti is in league with King Philip 11 of Spain who is preparing another Armada to capture the English Channel.
